Switlik’s TechFloat Lift and Rescue Device is designed to be a throwable,inflatable rescue device for all-season water and ice rescues, incorporating lifting capability, to create a complete rescue and recovery device for multiple scenarios. The TechFloat is removed from its sheath, and thrown to the “PIW”. Once activated, the victim places the inflated bladder around themselves, and the rescuer is free to retrieve the victim by means of the 100 feet of floating line attached between them.
